Refunds

Moneyback includes the cost of all hosting services, except for domain registration fees, setup fees, bandwidth addon fees, ssl certificate fees, or other one-time service fees. If you decide to cancel your account within the initial 14-day period, please write us a request for receiving a full refund. A proper request must include the following data:

  • account number
  • first name, last name, patronymic;
  • scan of ID information;
  • bank details (bank name, transaction ID, INN/VATIN, BIC, bank address, payment purpose, date and signature)
  • contacts (phone number, e-mail, postal address);
