Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which ServerPower ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds and handles cancellations for our server rental services. By renting a server from us, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions:

Customers may cancel their monthly server rental subscription at any time.

To cancel, you must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle by contacting our support team at info@serverpower.me or through your account dashboard.

Cancellations made after the billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund for that billing period.

1.2 Annual or Long-Term Subscriptions:

For annual or long-term subscriptions, cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period.

Early termination of annual subscriptions may incur a prorated fee based on the unused portion of the service.

1.3 Cancellation Process:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our support portal.

Once your cancellation request is processed, your server will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are only available for monthly subscriptions and must be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.

Refunds are not available for annual or long-term subscriptions unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Refunds will not be provided for partial usage of the service, including but not limited to partial months or unused resources.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services:

Setup fees, domain registration fees, and additional add-ons (e.g., backup services, dedicated IPs) are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for services suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

2.3 Refund Process:

To request a refund, contact our support team at [support email] with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation by ServerPower.me

3.1 Service Violations:

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your server rental without notice if you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

3.2 Service Discontinuation:

If we discontinue a service or are unable to provide the agreed-upon services, we will notify you in advance and offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
